1. Eligibility Criteria
1.1 Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the Handicrafts must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including any boxes, protective materials, and accessories).
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective Handicraft, please contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery. Provide clear photos or descriptions of the issue. We will arrange for a return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
1.2 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size, color (if applicable), or variant. Similar to returns, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
1.3 Ineligible Items
Customized or Personalized Handicrafts: Since these items are made specifically according to your unique requirements, they are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Opened or Used Items: Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear beyond normal handling are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” on our website are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except for damaged or defective items.
2. Return and Exchange Process
2.1 Initiating a Request

Our customer support team will review your request within 15 business days and notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
2.2 Return Shipping
Return Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item or an error on our part. For eligible returns, we may reimburse the return shipping cost upon successful processing of the return.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
2.3 Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. The inspection process may take up to 15 business days.
If the item is approved for return or exchange, we will process your request as follows:
Refunds: For returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days of successful inspection. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable restocking fees (if any). Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you within 15 business days of successful inspection. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative solution.

Refund Timeline: As mentioned above, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of inspecting and approving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price may apply. This will be clearly communicated to you when your return request is approved. Restocking fees may be applicable for items that are not defective or damaged and are being returned for other reasons.
